- Early Years Practitioner Level 3 or Apprenticeship: Proven experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting is essential. Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education frameworks is required. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective engagement with children, parents, and team members. Experience with childcare management systems or record keeping is advantageous. Safeguarding knowledge is essential. A full and clear enhanced DBS check on the update service is advantageous.
