Babies Aged 3 months to 12 months
The Cotton Tails group is attached to the main building, but has its own entrance and exit. The room contains our Cottontails group and provides a safe and secure place for our youngest children to develop and grow. The room is run by Jessica (Team Leader) day-to-day and is supported by Bethany (Early Years Educator). We place great emphasis on the key person approach as children settle and become aware of the world around them. In the Cottontails, we focus on the Prime areas of learning (personal, social, and emotional, communication and physical) to ensure children progress rapidly on their learning journey with us. The room is softly decorated to reflect a calm and cosy place to learn. The room has its own separate entrance, along with its own milk kitchen and nappy changing area. The room consists of a large carpeted area and lino area for mealtimes; there is a sleep area, home corner, creative area, cosy quiet area along with much more. The babies also have their own outdoor area, allowing freedom to explore their physical skills! In the Cottontails, we have pet goldfish who we enjoy watching and feeding.
