About Us
The nursery is divided into 4 main areas, designed to accommodate each of the following age groups.
Cottontails 3mths – 14mths
Bunnies 12mths – 2yrs
Rabbits 2-3yrs
Hares 3+yrs
Our vision at Sunnybank is to create a setting in which all children can start their learning journey in an effectively staffed, well-resourced and most importantly safe, secure and loving environment, in turn providing them the essential starting blocks to be successful in their own rights. We hold a strong belief that each child is individual and we are there to empower them in their learning journey and development.
Our philosophy is ever expanding, and our staff team are keen on their own professional development in order to ensure we consistently achieve and provide the best for our families.
Our primary aim is to ensure children in our care exuberate happiness and a keen- ness to explore, experience and learn.
We strive to provide a home from home setting that nurtures children through experiences and opportunity. There are a number of successful enabling environments to explore and challenge in each of our Nursery rooms and outdoor area. Some of the exciting activities on offer each week include; messy play, walks to the local park or within the village, visits to our neighbouring farm, baking, football lessons, phonics, yoga and much more!
