2 to 3 Years
The Rabbits Group is run by Taylor, who is also our SENDCo, and is supported day to day by Tamsin and Casey. The main nursery is supported daily by Gemma (Deputy Manager). All staff in this group work closely with local Health Visitors to complete a holistic and accurate report of children between 24 and 30 months. We implement an effective key person approach to ensure children in this group are well settled and enthusiastic and motivated learners, through meaningful observation of children’s play staff are able to ensure children’s needs and interests are met and enhance their learning building on the children’s already formed knowledge. The room is accessed through the Nursery main entrance: it is neutrally decorated and incorporates many natural aspects from our outdoor surroundings. An emphasis is placed upon safe, secure, and cosy learning areas providing exciting ‘hooks’ into learning.
